Shipping & Returns

 At Sydney Bathroom Supplies, we aim to ship your goods as soon as possible, after we receive your payment. In most instances, and when stock is readily available, this will be completed and ready to send by the next working day. All small items (less than 5kg) will be sent by an express post, whilst larger items will be organised to send through a courier company. We understand that by purchasing online, you are not able to physically view our products. Due to this, we aim to help through the aid of pictures and any necessary extra information. Please contact us with regards to any other questions about shipping or our various products.


Any claim to be made must be reported within 7 days of receiving item/s (other than Warranty claims). We ask that you check your items within these 7 days. From our end we check every item that is sent and again we ask that you check as soon as you receive the items or soon thereafter.
After 7 days, Sydney Bathroom Supplies is not responsible for any claims for shipping damage. For other returns after 7 days Sydney Bathroom Supplies reserve the right to charge 20% restocking fee.

Note, every parcel sent from us via Australia Post is insured for $100. If you feel you require more insurance, during check out please select additional insurance.
